Dominic Moore

Dominic’s real estate career spans 25 years across all sectors of the UK commercial real estate market. Throughout this time he has worked for Southwark Council, Clerical Medical/Invista, REIT Asset Management and New Star/Henderson Global Investors. Most recently Dom was the Head of Asset Management at Clearbell Capital LLP where he was responsible for more than £1bn of real estate assets and transactions. In addition he was also the ESG Director driving positive change across the portfolio. Skilled in tenant relations, place making, refurbishments, ESG enhancements and ground up developments, plus investment sourcing and acquisition due diligence, all aspects of real estate value add can be covered.
